C-5 aims to help all children in our county and recognizes that certain groups of children can be left behind or fall through the cracks. This report and other communications will be distributed widely within the community to raise awareness. It will be shared with local stakeholders to track progress, to ask questions, raise concerns, and offer their perspective to keep the partnership accountable. This report will also be used to monitor and improve the partnership's interventions and ensure that C5 continues to work toward its mission, vision, and purpose.
