MISSION
The Cocke County Cradle to Career Coalition (C5) seeks to improve cradle-to-career outcomes for children in Cocke County through the collaborative engagement of all community stakeholders.  C5 uses a collective impact approach to shift population results in school readiness, third grade literacy, and career & college readiness.

VISION
C5's vision is that all Cocke County students will graduate from high school with the necessary skills to pursue post-secondary opportunities, excel in a career, and become productive citizens.

PURPOSE
C5 works with all sectors of the community to improve the well-being of children in Cocke County, to ensure that all children have an equal opportunity to a healthy, strong foundation to thrive as learners, and to support the children of Cocke County on their educational journeys from birth to career.
