C5 works to support all children in our community while recognizing that some children may face additional challenges or barriers to success. This report and other updates will be shared throughout the community to build awareness and encourage ongoing conversation. By sharing this information with local partners and stakeholders, we hope to track progress, invite feedback, address concerns, and ensure the partnership remains responsive to community needs. The report will also help guide and strengthen C5’s efforts as we continue working toward our mission, vision, and goals.
